D.C. Hokies Student Send-Off
We hope you will join the D.C. Hokies at our annual Student Send-Off event!
📅 Sunday, June 22 | 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.📍 Fort Ward Park - 4301 W. Braddock Road, Alexandria, VA 22304🚗 Fort Ward Park is located off 395. The large pavilion is located at the back of the park. On-street parking and some parking spots are available along the drive.
Event Details:🎉 Join us to send-off our new D.C. Hokies to Blacksburg!🍴 Assorted sandwiches will be provided, along with bottled water. We ask that everyone bring a store-bought side dish, snack, or dessert, to share if able.💵 This event is free to attend for incoming and current students. There is a $10 registration fee for all other guests. $5 of every registration will go directly to the D.C. Alumni Chapter Scholarship Fund for incoming Virginia Tech students from the D.C. region!😎 Every student receives custom Virginia Tech swag!🧡 Families are encouraged to attend with their student.🎓 All guests will have the option of making an additional gift to the D.C. Chapter Scholarship during checkout.
