VA ASLA 2023 Professional and Students Awards Reception
The Peggy Lee Hahn Garden Pavilion, 200 Garden Lane, Blacksburg Campus
Join us in Blacksburg to reconnect with landscape architects, earn LACES CEUs, and meet the newest faculty in the Landscape Architecture Program. The symposium is a collaboration between the VA ASLA and the VT School of Design’s Landscape Architecture program featuring LAR faculty and Ph.D. candidates. Along with presentations, view displays of current student work and the 2023 VA ASLA Professional and Student Award submissions. The symposium registration fee is $45, including morning and afternoon drinks, snacks, and lunch. $5 of the registration fees is a non-refundable gift to the Landscape Architecture Program to support student programs.
After the symposium, you are invited to attend the VA ASLA 2023 Awards Reception to celebrate recipients of the professional and student awards. View the winning projects, congratulate colleagues, and reconnect with old friends while meeting new ones. The $40 reception registration fee includes heavy hors d’oeuvres and beverages.
Both venues are ADA-accessible. If you are an individual with a disability and desire accommodation, please contact the event organizer, Tanya Ridpath, Director of Alumni Relations, at least 10 business days in advance for detailed instructions. For questions regarding the Symposium, please contact Terry Clements, Professor of the Landscape Architecture Program.
