Richmond Hokies Hokie Hike
Oct. 25, 2026
11 a.m.

Join the Richmond Hokies for our 2026 Hokie Hike! We will gather at the farm entrance and set out for a moderate 2-mile hike roundtrip to the Japanese Gardens.

We will walk as a group at a leisurely pace with plenty of breaks for water, rest stops, and to view wildlife.

Please note, although mostly on paved paths, the hills could be challenging for people using wheelchairs or walkers.

Parking is free at Maymont Farm.  In addition, trained service animals are welcome, otherwise this is not a pet-friendly venue.

Follow along on Richmond Hokies Facebook and/or MeetUp for additional details, weather delays, and/or cancellations.

Note, this event is free to attend but includes an opportunity to make a gift to the Richmond Hokies Alumni Scholarship for local RVA students at check-out.
