Cornerstone Big Event in Richmond

In the spirit of Ut Prosim ("That I May Serve"), Virginia Tech Cornerstone Alumni are hosting a Big Event community service project in Richmond. Virginia Tech alumni of all graduation years as well as friends, family and fans are invited to join us. We will be assembling emergency kits to be distributed to regional seniors prior to an anticipated disaster or weather-related emergency.

We will meet at the Span Center at noon. Lunch and refreshments will be provided as well as a tour of the facility and overview of their services. The Span Center has ample and accessible free parking.

Registration is free but required. Registrants can make an optional gift to the Student Emergency Fund at Virginia Tech, a fund for students who find themselves in immediate financial need, due to no fault of their own.
