Denver Hokies Giving Day Social, Billiards & Beer Challenge

It’s time to celebrate Virginia Tech Giving Day in style — with craft beer, friendly competition, and plenty of Hokie spirit! Wynkoop Brewing Company and fellow alumni / Head Brewer Kat Hess is hosting us upstairs in their legendary Pool Hall 🎱🍻. We’ll have brackets for a Doubles Pool Tournament along with a variety of Beer Challenges when you’re not on the felt! 🧡🦃

We’ll kick things off at 6:30 PM, so grab a drink, mingle with fellow alumni, and get ready to chalk up your cue for some friendly rivalry. We’ll be playing Doubles, you can bring a ringer or be assigned a partner when you arrive. We’ll also have a variety of beer related games such as blindfold beer tasting, flip cup and the helmet pretzel toss. Bring your A-game — there are fabulous grand prizes waiting for our top teams, including gift cards, Hokie merch, and serious bragging rights! 🏆🔥

Tickets are $20 in advance / $25 day-of and include:

🎁 $5 gift to the Denver Hokies Alumni Scholarship Fund

The first 20 registrants will also receive a Denver Hokies Beer Glass at no additional cost!!!

During registration, each guest will have the opportunity to make an additional gift to the Denver Alumni Chapter Scholarship. All gifts made through this link are tax deductible and will count toward the Denver Chapter’s Giving Day Leaderboard totals.
