Expanding Into Tomorrow: Approved and In Motion
Wed. Oct. 14, 2026
4-5 p.m.
Virtual (Zoom link provided upon registration)
Join Dean Givens and members of the college community for an update on the expansion and renovation of the Small Animal Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Attendees will hear about the recent approvals that will allow construction of the hospital's essential surgical suites to begin, as well as an overview of the project's design and vision from the lead architect.
Following the presentation, guests will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussion with the dean, architect, and other college representatives. We hope you will join us as we celebrate this important step forward for veterinary medicine at Virginia Tech.
If you are an individual with a disability and desire accommodation, please contact Maggie Meikle at mjmeikle@vt.edu or 540-231-4259 during regular business hours at least 10 business days prior to the event.
